Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Bluey Live Chat daily giveaway run by Impact Fertilisers.

1.2. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
2.1. The Giveaway is open to active Impact Fertilisers Bluey Account Owners.

How to Enter
3.1. The Giveaway will run on weekdays only, from 2nd September 2024 to 30th September 2024, starting at 7:30AM AEST and ending at 5:00PM each day.

3.2. Participants will gain one (1) entry into the daily competition by using the Live Bluey Chat during the Giveaway Period.

3.3. Each participant is limited to one entry per day, regardless of the number of chats made. Multiple chats will not result in multiple entries.

3.4. Winners are eligible to win only once during the Giveaway Period. Once a participant has won, they will not be eligible for subsequent daily draws.

Prizes
4.1. A range of different prizes will be awarded daily. The specific prize for each day will be determined by the Impact Fertilisers at their sole discretion.

4.2. Prizes may include but are not limited to e.g. Bluey merchandise, UE Boom.

4.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received the following business day during the Giveaway Period.

5.2. The winner will be notified the following business day at approximately via email or phone used in their Bluey Live Chat.

5.3. If a winner does not respond within ‘72 hours' of being notified, Impact Fertilisers reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity
6.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
