3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to active customers of the Impact Fertilisers, aged 18 years or over.
   An active customer is defined as an individual who has made a purchase or engaged in a paid service with the Impact Fertilisers within the last 12 months prior to the promotion start date.
   Employees of the Impact Fertilisers and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
   
   
4. Entry Requirements
   To enter, participants must complete the survey available at Impact Fertilisers Survey during the Promotion Period.
   Only one entry per person is permitted.
   
   
5. Prizes
   Two (2) pairs of Apple AirPods, each valued at AUD $249.
   Total prize pool value: AUD $498.
   
   
6. Draw Details
   Draw Date and Time: 9 June 2025, 10:00 AM AEST
   Draw Location: Level 8, 5 Queens Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia
   Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   
   
7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
   Winners will be notified via email within two business days of the draw.
   Winners must claim their prize by responding to the notification email within 14 days.
   If a prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, a redraw will occur on 20 June 2025 at the same time and location as the original draw.
   
   
8. Publication of Winners
   Winners' names will be published on the Promoter's website www.impactfertilisers.com.au for a minimum of 28 days.
   
   
9. No Entry Fee
   There is no entry fee to participate in this promotion.
   
   
10. Privacy
    Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
    All entries will become the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. Promoter may disclose entrant’s personal information to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with entrants and state/territory regulators. 11. General Conditions
    The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
    Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Prizes will be delivered within a month of winner announcement.
    It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner must comply with all conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier requirements.
    Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process for submitting an invalid entry.
    If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security or fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any approval of state/ territory regulators where required.
    Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of computer online or wireless systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or technical problems resulting from participation or sending or receiving any communication or materials in this Promotion.
